Event Promotion Package 

What's in the event promotion package?  

  • Choose Event Video or Poster Design

  • Facebook event, page, and/or group 2-3 months prior to event

  • Instagram management up to 2 months prior to event (ask about pre-posting prior to 2 months)

  • Events section of the local newspaper at least one week prior to event

  • PSA submitted to newspaper

  • PSA submitted to local radio stations

  • PSA submitted to Gunnison Valley Calendar (or other local calendars as available)

  • Advertisements to predetermined user groups (ad budget not included)

  • Blog post/article write-up if applicable

My event doesn't require the above. Do you have a smaller package?

Absolutely! Just shoot us an email with your needs and we can give you a quote.

My event needs all of the above but we waited a little too long and the event is soon. What can we do?

We offer “rush” event marketing for an additional fee. Email for a quote. 

Can I add anything on? 

Probably! Things like MailChimp/ConvertKit integration & campaigns, social media management, or SEO Fixes can all be added on to the project.
