We love to work with clients who are ready for updates on their sites, whether it’s a full makeover or updating basic information.

We get that, and offer memberships for sites we build, as well as for existing Squarespace sites.
Membership Plans are designed for business owners who have ongoing website needs or occasional and seasonal needs.

Notification of imperative account issues, auto-renewals, payment reminders, etc. as they come up
After 2 months of Membership your monthly fee transfers to a credit of future hourly work, up to 15 hours, per year.

$600/mo
Monthly check-in
Changes to business hours upon request (up to 4x’s a year)
Calendar updates upon request (up to 1x’s a month)
Squarespace announcement bar and pop-up creation upon request (up to 1x’s a month)
Monthly check-ups to ensure all links, buttons, and pages are performing properly
Reminders of auto-renewals and other important Squarespace notifications
After 2 months of membership, monthly fee transfers to a credit of future hourly work up to 30 hours per year.

custom website membership
Contact us to get started on a custom website maintenance plan created just for your business, goals, and budget. Custom plans start at $1,200 a month and can include: calendar updates, blogging, ongoing SEO services, message maintenance, etc.
By participating in any of the above plans, you will qualify for:

On-call assistance
Requests for additional services (i.e. now hiring, seasonal sales, big news to share, call to actions, blogging, SEO, email campaigns, custom web features, page updates, etc.)
These services are only offered for members and are billed at our hourly rate of $120/hr.

Who needs this?
These plans are perfect for the business owner with a smaller budget who wants to ensure their website is maintained and cared for properly.
I don’t have a membership. Do I need one?
Clients who are already on a custom plan are auto members! No need to change anything. If you are not already on a custom plan or aren’t sure just get in touch! If a membership isn’t right for you check out our VIP Days.
What’s the commitment?
We ask for a minimum of three months, but find that once business have completed 6 months with us they are happy with the results and continue on. Once you have completed a month of service with us, you are auto-renewed monthly until you choose to cancel. Any cancellation requires 30 days notice as we schedule, work, and plan ahead.
Do you provide hourly Squarespace edits? Due to the ongoing nature of website maintenance and our client load, we are excited to offer both Membership Plans and VIP Days. We no longer offer hourly website work.
Can I add anything on?
Probably! Things like MailChimp and Squarespace Email Campaigns, Social Media, Video Tutorials, or SEO Fixes can all be added on to your membership plan.
Can I still edit the site myself?
Absolutely! You are always in charge of your website. We are happy to offer feedback and advice— but you always have the final say.
Have content you need to get out? Simply shoot us an email with at least 48 hours notice and we will make it happen.
I have no idea what to do to my website nor when. Will you help?
Yes, this is what we do! You can be as involved or hands-off as you like.
What else should I expect?
We walk you through how to give us access to your website. We’ll treat it well— we promise!
You let us know what you need and we communicate along the way. If we believe we need to go beyond what was agreed upon we always ask first. No surprises!
Any additional work is 120/hour.
